We have designed products with high strength steel, stainless steels, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, composites, etc. over a range of industries. For example in the auto industry, we have designed for high load applications with integrated restraints – which require dynamic impact and deflection considerations and well as high static load requirements (FMVSS).
Griswold Engineering structural services include optimization of load paths, section modulus/properties, materials, and FEA (dynamic, static, linear and non-linear). Component tooling/processing is always considered and specified for the product requirements and volumes. |
